MAVAWI

Workspaces and websites, built around people and processes.

Let’s talk

Workspaces & websites built around your business

A great website. A smart workspace.

MAVAWI creates websites and workspaces that fit your business. From a great first impression online to clarity behind the scenes. Building, improving and connecting around the way you work.

Start with a website, a workspace or a connection between them. Your first step can be small.

One clear working environment. An example overview. Integrations depend on your processes and systems.

Does this sound familiar?

The work keeps moving.
But the systems do not move together.

You have software for different tasks. Yet connecting, re-entering and checking information still falls to you and your team.

The same details. Entered again.

A customer, order or change is entered into several systems. Every handover creates more work.

Every team has its own picture.

Sales, planning and operations use different overviews. You keep having to ask for the latest status.

Reporting turns into a search.

Information comes from several sources. You have to gather and compare it before you can see where things stand.

The process depends on one person.

Agreements and knowledge sit in inboxes, separate files or a colleague’s head. When they are away, work gets stuck.

That is where MAVAWI starts

From scattered processes
to connected work.

MAVAWI brings people, information and activities together in one workspace. A clear working environment that follows the way your business actually works.

We start with what already works. We explore which existing systems can connect, which manual steps can be removed and where custom development is needed.

Less duplicate work

Make information useful for the next step.

A clearer overview

See what is happening and who can act next.

A calmer way to work

Less searching, chasing and correcting.

Together, we agree which improvement is achievable and how to assess the result.

Three starting points. One belief.

Technology follows your business.

You do not need to know what you need yet. Start with your situation: work inside your business, the connection to your website or a strong first step online.

01

A workspace for your business.

Bring scattered processes, information and reporting together. For one team or several departments, with or without a public website.

02

Your website connected to your work.

Connect what starts online to your business processes. For example, an enquiry that continues into planning, delivery and follow-up.

Explore the connection
03

A website with the right management tools.

A new website, upgrade or extension. With dedicated management for content, enquiries, bookings or tickets where needed. Including hosting and a domain name.

A website. And the work that follows.

These projects show the connection between websites and daily management: rentals, technical drawings and events. Each has its own working environment behind the scenes.

Think big. Start with focus.

Start with one process
that could work better.

A report that takes time every week. A handover with missing information. Or a first website for your business. A small, clearly defined project can be the starting point.

We agree what to improve, what it costs and what is needed. Your digital environment can grow from that first step.

What is getting in your way?

The Mavawi Flow

Understand first.
Then move forward with purpose.

We follow the same approach for a website, a workspace and the connection between them. The scope fits your project; understanding is always the starting point.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand your business, visitors and daily work.

  2. 02

    Design

Define the experience and way of working you need.

  3. 03

    Build

Build your website, workspace or connection with purpose.

  4. 04

    Launch

Review together and launch with care.

  5. 05

    Evolve

Keep improving as your business grows.

Good to know

A clear first step.

You do not need to know exactly what you need yet. These answers will help you get started.

Do I need a website to have a workspace?

No. A business workspace can stand entirely on its own. We start with your processes, information and employees. Connecting your website is an option, not a requirement.

Do I need to replace all my current software?

Not necessarily. We assess what works well and where connections are missing. Then we identify which systems can be connected and where a specific improvement is needed.

Can I start small?

Yes. A first website, an improvement to an existing page or a specific feature can be the starting point. We agree the scope with you in advance.

What does a website or workspace cost?

The price depends on the content, features and integrations. After our first conversation, we agree what we will build and what it costs. An enquiry does not commit you to paid work.

Can I keep my existing website or domain name?

We look at this together. We assess what can be reused, what access is needed and whether improvements, extensions or a move suit your situation.

What does hosting and a domain name included mean?

Hosting and a domain name are part of the website offering. The proposal separates development costs from recurring costs, with agreements on the term, renewal and management.

What happens after launch?

We agree in advance who manages the website and which support, updates and improvements are included in the project.
